Information you provide
We store the CV or resume information you enter so the builder can save your work. If you join a workshop, we also store your display name, optional TikTok username, workshop participation, messages, help requests, progress and anything you intentionally share with an instructor. Resume uploads are private and accessed through time-limited signed links.
First-party usage information
We use a random identifier stored in your browser to understand visits, return usage, CV starts, downloads and workshop conversions. We may record the landing page, referrer and standard UTM campaign values. Analytics events do not contain your CV text, phone number, email address or resume file.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and improve the CV builder, save progress, operate live workshops, support instructor review when you explicitly share a CV, and understand which parts of the service are useful.
Storage and retention
CVs, workshop records and uploads are stored in the application's private Supabase project. Workshop ending does not automatically delete participant CVs. Information may be retained so users can continue their work and instructors can retain appropriate workshop history. Contact Mzlynn Community if you need a data request reviewed.
Browser storage
The application uses first-party browser storage for session continuity, a random analytics identifier and local recovery of unsaved CV changes. It does not use invasive fingerprinting.
Privacy and access
Standalone CVs are not made available to instructors through analytics. During a workshop, an instructor can access a student CV only when the student explicitly enables sharing. Database row-level security and private file access protect user data.
